Favorite Animated Movie: Thief and the Cobbler

This movie was in production hell for nearly two decades and it shows. Even the name is inconsistent. Thief and the Cobbler, Princess and the Cobbler and Arabian Nights are all the same movie. 

That being said, there are some fantastic scenes and the whole movie has a very unique aesthetic that I have yet to see anywhere else. There is a fan cut called the recobbled cut that is far better. Watch it and you’ll understand why even this movie has major problems, it is one of my favorites.
